Manufacturer of:- manufacturing furnaces for various uses like Steel rolling mills, Aluminium industry, solution annealing etc. Fuel Efficient Furnaces:- ENCON pusher type billet reheating furnaces ENCON make Pusher Type Billet Reheating Furnace upto 50 tones/hr.capacity. These furnaces are mostly used in Steel Rolling Mills. Rotary Furnaces:- ENCON Rotary Furnaces are manufactured for different types of applications, such as Aluminium Melting, Cast Iron Melting and Heat Treatment of Grinding media balls. Bogie Hearth Furnaces:- ENCON has manufactured and supplied Bogie Hearth Furnaces for different applications, such as Stress Relieving, Normalizing, Hardening and other similar applications for steel casting plants, steel fabrication units etc. Pusher/Batch Type Forging Furnaces:- ENCON make Pusher / Batch type Forging Furnaces upto 3 tones/hr. capacity. These furnaces are mostly used in Forge Shops. Continuous Heat Treating Furnaces:- These furnaces are available for various types of applications including heat treatment of steel forgings such as normalizing hardening ISO Thermal annealing and tempering etc. Electrically Heated Furnaces:- This furnaces are for Heat Treatment application such as Annealing, Hardening and Tempering etc. for Steel Products as well as for Solution Treatment and Homogenizing of Aluminium Products etc. These are available upto 1000 KW of heating load. Aluminium melting furmaces, Holding & Melting-cum-Holding Furnaces:- These furnaces are available in different types such as Reverberatory, Pusher type, Hydraulic Tilting type in various capacities upto 50 tones/batch. Patenting Furnaces:- These furnaces are available in different types such as Reverberatory, Pusher type, Hydraulic Tilting type in various capacities upto 50 tones/batch. Ladle Preheating Systems:- In a typical heating application of ladles in steel plants ENCON Film burners have saved as much as 50-60% of fuel. The ladle heating time has been reduced substantially and a specific fuel consumption of about 3-3.5 litres per tonne of ladle capacity has been achieved. Recuperators:- These have been specially designed and developed for utilization of waste heat from exhaust fuel gases of the furnace for preheating combustion air required for the burners and can save upto 25% of fuel. Formaldehyde Plant:- We undertake complete Turn Key projects for 37% Formalin producing plant.Our services starts right from erection and extends till production. Grinding Machine:- We have developed a semi-automatic grinding machine for dressing of alloy steel billets/ingots/slabs before rolling operation. The machine has a very high productivity and also the grinding loss is not more than 2-3%. Rolling Mill:- Our services include design, supply, and complete erection of Steel Rolling Mills on turn key basis.We have also been undertaking contracts for running of projects with our work force with guaranteed production.Our latest completed project on Rolling Mill has been in Jordon where we also have the contract of running the rolling mill. Aluminium Wire Rods:- Our long experience has given us complete know how in producing Aluminium wire Rods of various grades. Our services include supply, erection and commissioning of the projects.The latest project undertaken was for Sterlite Industries, Pune, India.
