Nitin Castings, an offshoot of Kedia Group, is engaged in the manufacture of High Alloy Heat & Corrosion-Resistant Castings by Centrifugal or Static process. The company also undertakes assignments of the fabrication of Heat & Corrosion-Resistant Components for various Industrial applications like Reformer Tubes, Cracking Coils, Furnace Rollers, Radiant Tubes, Retorts etc.
Nitin has made rapid strides to achieve full recognition in manufacturing high quality alloy steel castings, comparable very favorably with those which were being imported from various developed countries and gained acknowledgement and acceptance for import substitution in several core sector industries of national importance.
In 1974, the Company entered into Technical Collaboration with M/s. Schmidt & Clemens of Germany, and imported advanced technology for the manufacture of Reformer Tubes and other Horizontal Centrifugal Castings. This Collaboration lasted for 15 years until its termination in 1989. Due to technical collaboration, Nitin could become a fully independent company to expand its horizon. The company has received ISO 9002:1994 Certification from M/s. DNV, Netherlands. Today, Nitin is fully geared to meet the entire range of requirements of castings for various industries like Fertilizer, Chemical, Refinery & Petrochemical, Cement, Steel and other major Engineering Industries in India and abroad.
