Established in 1982, V K Rubplast (I) Pvt Ltd is one of the most renowned and reputed manufacturer and supplier of automotive and industrial plastic and rubber components. Our products include bellows for automobile vehicles, shock absorbers, rubber hoses, O rings, Rubber Seals and other varied products. Our products have been catering to the needs of automotive, railway, defence, private and semi-government organizations. We are an ISO 9002 certified and TS-16949-2002 Quality System Certified Company.

Plant and Machinery :- Our plant and machinery is composed of injection, transfer, compression, moulding and extrusion facilities in rubber moulding presses from 12" x 12" to 96" x 48" capacity. We also are proud of our world class Winsor and Electronica micro-processor controlled injection moulding machines from 50 tons to 650 tons capacity in plastic.

Tool Room :- Our tool room is comprised of EDM and electronic digital controlled milling machine. Our qualified professionals undertake any mould, die and fixture that conform to the highest standards. We also are in the possession of product validation facilities. Our in-house calibration facilities for all gauges and measuring instruments are worth mentioning.

Capabilities :- We are highly specialized in the manufacturing of various types of moulded, extruded, rubber to metal bonded sponge rubber components in Vitone, Silicon, Neoprene, EPDM, Nitrile, Acrylic and Natural Rubber. We also have the moulding facilities for plastic injection and engineering plastics up to2 kg shot weight capacity.

Expansion Plans :- We have a plan of establishing a new factory( 60, 000sq feet), which will possess the latest equipmens for manufacturing, tool room, testing and R and D facilities.
