Bangalore Integrated System Solutions (P) Ltd (BISS) is one of the leading specialist in the global market in servo-hydraulic test systems. We have over ten thousand man-years of servo-hydraulic test experience and expertise in developing servo-hydraulic test systems for specific requirements and in retrofitting existing servo-hydraulic test systems with the latest 2350 series controller. Most components are procured from indigenous sources and where imports are involved, they are outside the scope of import/export restrictions. The test software works on Microsoft Windows 95 / 98 / NT / 2000 / XP platforms.
BISS has experienced and highly qualified engineers and technicians who are experts in their fields. We also have a research and development division (recognized by the
Department of Scientific and Industrial Research, India) to develop indigenous components and systems replacing import equipment. Each of our systems supplied is a true representation of our technical excellence in manufacturing and performance. BISS has an infrastructure, which helps to sustain the customer requirements and after ?sale service.
BISS servo-hydraulic test equipment is used in round-the-clock production line Q/C testing of auto-components at about two dozen sites across the country by internationally renowned companies such as Delphi Automotive Systems (USA), Gabriel India (Anand Group I Kayaba - Japan), Escorts, Munjal-Showa (Japan) and Hydraulics (Tenneco Group). Results of testing are subject to technical audit by international collaborators and OE manufacturers including GM, Ford, Hyundai, Daewoo, Honda, Maruti Udyog, etc. BISS test system used for material evaluation both at room temperature and elevated temperature are being used by various industries, R&D laboratories and abroad like US and Korea. Customers include BARC, IGCAR, NMRL, R&D;Engineers, IISc, lIT Mumbai, VSSC, Welspun, Barouch, HAL, University of Arkansas USA, Korean University etc.
