Jasbir Singh Neer, a pioneer in the refrigeration and cooling industry in Gujarat in the Sixties, blazed a brilliant trail in manufacturing cold storage and refrigeration equipments for dairies, ice cream industry and ice making plant. From the beginning, J S Neer considered problems as opportunities.
