Orion was founded in 1963 specifically for the application of functional coatings. In 2000, Orion's 37th year of service, the core concept of specializing in the application of functional coatings is still the nucleus of Orion Industries. Orion Industries is a D&B 3A1 with its main production facility at 5170 Northwest Highway in Chicago. We are conveniently located near expressways, trains and major automotive routes. We have about 70 staff members, with two shifts of operations between 8:00 AM and 1:00 AM, five days a week. Because Orion is a dedicated service provider, we commonly work three shifts, weekends and holidays, for peak periods for all our supplier and customer requirements.

Orion is the sole* source of supply for many OEM's like Calphalon Corporation, Caterpillar, Chrysler Corporation, Crown Screw and Bolt, Aeronautical Plastics, CamCAr Textron, Elecyes, Hewlett Packard/P-K Tool, Honda/Poilax, Coleman Camping Equipment, Regal Ware, West Bend, Spanek Corporation, Teledyne Continental Motors, Nissan, Echlin, TDI Batteries, and Hollister International. Orion has earned its reputation through its capabilities of providing consistent quality, customer service, efficient production, and on-time delivery.

Regardless of industry, part dimension, quantity, specification requirement or customer type, we offer engineered solutions for your coating, assembly and packaging needs. We will accept VISA and M/C payment on any small lot charges.
