Hi-Tech Investment Castings Ltd., founded in 1989 AD with the operation commencing in 1990 AD, had a small team of only 20 employees. Now with a strong team of 175 employees, which comprises of young and qualified engineers each specialised in different areas has come a long way. With personal attention to all customers at all stages, competitive prices and reliable delivery dates are maintained by expediting jobs from drawing to production. Hi-Tech always strives to attain excellence in Foundry Production Techniques to guarantee castings of highest quality.
Hi-Tech has established a high integrity amongst its buyers in India and Overseas for castings made in most Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Alloy Specifications. We supply castings regularly to different industries in India and Overseas viz.
Hi-Tech Investment Castings Ltd., with its Technical Expertise can offer Castings with holes, splines, slots and letters "As Cast" allowing the part in many cases from foundry to assembly lines.
Hi-Tech also offers precision machining service whenever required and can also offer expert advise to ensure that the job is completed in the best and the most cost effective manner.

Manufacturers of 1. Forging up to 33 Lbs. Or 15 Kgs in Carbon, Low Alloy and Stainless Steel. 2. Sheet Metal Parts up to a size of 16" or 400 mm and thickness from 0.008" or 0.20 mm up to 0.160" or 4 mm. Deep drawing up to 12" / 300mm. 3. Gray Iron, Steel, Aluminium and Copper based Sand castings up to 1100 Lbs or 500 Kgs. 4. Aluminium and Zinc Pressure / Gravity Die Castings up to 6.6 Lbs. Or 3 Kgs. 5. Machined from Bar stock parts in Steel and Brass. 6. Welded construction parts in Cold / Hot rolled Mild and Stainless steels up to 2000 Kgs. 7. Value added operations like Zinc plating, Blackening, Phosphatising, Powder Coating / Painting / Chrome ( hard and bright ) plating. 8. Ready made Engineering products like fire extinguishers, spanner sets, special tools / equipment.
