Equipped with Ultra sonic cleaning facility, Assembly facilities with adjustable torsion, Shell strength testing facilities and Seat tightness testing facilities. Approved Technological Specification such as PED (Pressure Equipment Directive). Equipped with CNC lathing machine, Precision drilling Machine, Surface-grinding machines, Threading Machines, CNC machining center and Milling machines. Precision loss wax casting process including, Wax Injection, Wax Assembly, Shell Molding, Melting, Shell Cracking, Shot Blasting, Cutting, Grinding, Heat treatment and Pickling. Quality Validation such as Dimensional Inspection, Chemical Composition, Hardness testing, Mechanical Properties, Non-destructive Examination and Visual Inspection.
