Manufacturers and Suppliers of products are :- - Investment Casting :- The investment castings made from Ferrous/Non-Ferrous materials are used to produce industrial parts in intricate shapes, high degree of surface finish and sizes from tiny to big parts. These components have homogenous properties and variety of shapes, sizes & dimensions . - Quick Connect Hose Couplings Camlock & Self-Sealing :- Quick connect hose / pipe couplings are simple and fastest way for making safe, secure, tight and leak proof connection / disconnection manually. The products design and development has been done with the help of CAD facility, which ensures high degree of accuracies. Salient feature are safe quick release, easy interchangeability with similar couplings based on MIL 27487 (or A-A-59326) specifications, Guaranteed leak proof connections, vacuum tight for collapsible pipes. Available in Aluminium, Brass, Iron, Steel & Stainless Steel in sizes varying from 1/8" to 8" for all type of connections & special types. - Water Meter Components :- The company is specialized manufacturer of Brass Water Meter components. These include Brass Water Meter Body / Casing / Housing, Registration Box/Top Ring, Nuts & Nipples/Tail Connectors. The brass water meter and registration box up to 1.8 kg for domestic meters are made by gravity die casting and machined on CNC machines. The manufacturing is undertaken as per customer specifications & designs. - Ferrous and Non Ferrous Casting :- Made from various raw Ferrous / Non-Ferrous materials such as Aluminium , Brass, Graded C.I , Steel and Stainless Steel, Spheroidal Iron (S.G Iron) and many of other materials. The sand casting are economical , useful in designing and available in different shapes, sizes and dimensions. - Forging :- The forged products are very effective & useful when transmission of forces and movements cause heavy stress and strains. Forging made of quality Steel and Steel Alloys in accordance with various international standards. Weight range from 0.05 - 25.00 kg. - Machined Components :- The products are the outcome of meticulous Designing, Planning, Fixturing, Special Purpose Tooling and Skilled Professionals & are produced on State of Art Machines CNC & Conventional Machines. Machining operations like Milling, Turning, Drilling, Threading can offer wide possibilities of finish produced components. - Precision Turned Components :- The Precision turned components are used in Valves, Heaters, Pneumatic and Hydraulic assemblies besides variety of other industries are manufactured within close tolerance range as per International Standards on state of art CNC , SPM's & Conventional Machines. Close fit threads are made as per various International Standards by both single point tools as well as chasers and Taper threads as per gauges to L1 / L2 and 6 step gauges as per NPTF & SAE standards. - Surface Coat Systems :- The company provides powder and liquid surface coating systems. The liquid coating systems are supplied from DETE Germany. It has the wide range of equipment include air less pumps (low, medium and high pressure ) with matching spray painting guns. The company also manufacture turnkey plant as per customer specifications. The powder coating equipment & customized plants are offered in various possibilities.
