After 1984, the quality of Coke , which was earlier supplied by SIDCO, deteriorated and COSMAFAN felt it necessary to start its own purchasing division, COSMAFAN MARKETING SOCIETY, in 1985. The COSMAFAN Marketing Society's main responsibility was to purchase and supply the raw materials required by the Foundries. During its tenure of 19 years, the COSMAFAN marketing society, has never once failed with their supplies and is still continuing to support the foundry members to their maximum extent. The COSMAFAN has at present more than 450 foundry owners as members.

The COSMAFAN Marketing Society, taking the welfare of its members into consideration, is now taking care of marketing casting products into international market. After its success in the purchasing field, the COSMAFAN Marketing Society, is now ready to market the castings produced by their foundry members to the world market.

Its members have now installed an induction furnace, a machine moulding facility with modern equipment and they are in a position to produce export quality grey iron castings, hand and machine mould castings, CO2 mould castings, shell mould castings, etc. To companies all over the World. The foundries can produce export quality Grey Iron Castings, Hand or Machine Mould Castings, CO2 Mould Castings, Graded and Shell Mould Castings.
