Manufacturers of investment powder for a variety of purposes are :- -Investment Powder- Hoben India manufactures the world renowned Gold Star series of investment powder, at the same consistent quality as that of its UK counterpart viz Hoben International limited, which the casters world over are acquainted with. .Gold Star XL :- It is a premium investment powder, specially designed to give a better surface finish and also easy removal of investment powder after casting, Features include Excellent surface finish and detail reproduction, Easy clean off after casting. .Gold Star Ultima :- It is a high quality investment powder designed for casters who demand the ultimate result when it comes to all aspects of the casting process. .Gold Star Gemset :- Hoben India's new formulation of Gold Star Gemset is a special application powder. Developed specifically for stone casting or wax setting. The use of Gold Star Gemset allows the setting of stones in the wax before casting, thereby ensuring improved productivity. .Gold Star XXX :- A premium investment powder developed recently. The very fine and soft investment powder not only gives a good surface finish, but also ensures that the investment mixing process is an enjoyable one. Features include accurate reproduction of very fine detail, easy clean off etc. Suitable for Gold and Silver. -Vacuum Investment Mixing Machines - Hoben India manufactures Maxivac I range of vacuum investment mixing machine, which has become very popular with casters across the country. .Hoben Maxivac-Model-I 17 Based on the inputs from jewelry casters across the world, Hoben India has developed a user friendly, virtually maintenance free vacuum investment mixing machine. The reliable and rugged vacuum pump ensures that the air entrapment in the mixing and pouring chambers, are reduced virtually to zero during the mixing process. The mixing and pouring chambers are made out of stainless steel. Specially designed to mix small or large volume of materials. More flasks can be held in its large pouring chamber. Its exceptional build quality combines long life with low maintenance. -Burn Out Furnaces -These are designed specifically for the jewelry casting industry using decades of Hoben UK'S experience .The furnaces are offered in three standard sizes viz, HI 12, HI 36 & HI 40 .Non standard sizes are built on request .The furnace comes with a standard collection tray. Optional accessories include Thyristor power pack / Digital controller / shell construction out of SS etc. -Chillers -Developed by Hoben India and is offered in sizes ranging from 150 to 250 liters. This product has been developed to cater to the market where the environmental temperature is very high; there by leading to the tripping of the furnaces. Hoben chiller has been designed as a permanent solution for this problem. -Injection Waxes - Backed by years of R&D of Hoben UK, Hoben India has been offering a wide range of waxes to cover most of the applications of Jewellery Industries.
