Products :
Manufacturer & Suppliers & Exporter of Internal Grinding Wheels : They are used for grinding small internal surfaces. Their applications include : Grinding of inner and outer races of Ball & Roller Bearings, Grinding of Bores of Inner wheels, Grinding of Hydraulic and Pneumatic cylinders, Grinding of Connecting rod ends in the automobile industry, Grinding of Gun Barrels, Grinding of Gear Bores, Collets etc. Cup Grinding Wheels : The raw materials used in its manufacturing are aluminum oxide and silicon carbide. We use various types of bonds specially developed for each operation of grinding and manufacturing wheels upto 300mm in diameter for centreless surface grinding and cylindrical grinding. Our range comprises of wheels for rough grinding, precision grinding, cutting of metal, ceramic, glass, stone or any other ferrous and non ferrous material. Mounted Wheels & Points : These are small grinding wheels mounted to steel shanks and are primarily used for portable hand grinding machine and clamped in position by means of collet. They are ideal small tools both for coarse, heavy duty work and superfine grinding work on precision parts. Honing Stones : They are manufactured from high purity synthetic corundum and silicon carbide. We manufacture Vetrified bonded as well as Bakelite Bonded, Resin Bonded, CBN and Diamond, Rubber bonded and PVA Bonded honing stones depending on the customers? requirements. PVA Bonded Products : They are chemically bonded. They are flexible & soft. They are used for polishing applications like polishing watch cases, Audio & Video heads, Printing rolls, Cylinders, Compressor parts, tools and auto parts etc. Rubber Bonding Grinding Wheels : They are resilient and strong. They can be used in Precision Grinding, Cutting, Grooving, Polishing and regulating. Coated Abrasives : Cloth and Paper Disc Metallographic Specimen Polishing Paint Removal Primer sanding Sending of fibre glass, Coated Abrasive Specialities Flap Wheels and Mops for finishing Sleeves for deburring, grinding and finishing of hard to reach areas, Coated Fibre Disc Weld Blending Sheet metal fabrication Automotive Body shops Gear Deburring Marble/Granite Finishing Stainless steel equipment manufacturer. Segments : Used for surface grinding, they can be made into shapes as per the requirements. Depressed Center Discs and cut off wheels : DCDs are used for grinding stainless steel, alloy, mild steel and cast irons. Cut-off wheels are used to cut materials for prescribed shapes. Regulating Wheels. They are used in centreless grinding as control wheels. It is available in Brown Aluminum Oxide. Diamond Dressing Tools : They are reliable and economical.
