We are a Maharashtra based Cast Iron (C.I.) castings industry for past 40 years. We started the company at MIDC, Gokul Shirgaon, Kolhapur in 1986. We manufacture various types of cast iron casting, SG iron casting and cylinder head.We have Pattern shop facility. That means the clients have to give us only the drawing of the casting and their schedule. We try our best to give casting as scheduled.Our commitment to quality and scheduled delivery has made some of the very prestigious clients like Godrej and Boyce, Machine House and Acro India Limited, Ravalgaon.
Products :
Manufacturer of Cylinder Head : Product Specifications : Cylinder Head- [Weight 50 Gms.] It is used in Refrigerator Compressors. This Shell moulded castings has been made for "Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. Mumbai". BNR 110 CAP : Product Specifications : BNR-110 Cap - [ Weight- 1.100 Kgs.] This is a shell moulding castings The casting is used in anti vibration foundation pads. The pads are used in base of the machinery. Machines do not need a foundation after using these pads We supply this casting to "Machine House Nasik". Flywheel : Product Specifications : Fly Wheel - [Weight- 160 Kgs] The Flywheel is used in hopper, which is a part of the sugar mill machinery This is a dry sand moulded castings. We can supply fly wheel with static balancing weiging from 50 kgs. To 300 kgs The casting is supplied with proff machining & undergoes 'Static Balancing Test' We supply this casting to Acrow India Limited, Ravalgaon, Nasik."
