The history of close corporation ?The International Building & Industrial Association ?MOSSIB?? begins in 1989. That year the corporation was established as a result of alliance of several construction organizations located in Moscow, Siberia and central part of Russia.
?MOSSIB? is registered in the state municipal authorities of Moscow and has State Licenses for fulfilling design, survey, restoration, construction and assembly works in the Russian Federation territory and worldwide abroad.

The main kinds of the Association?s activity are as follows :- design estimates elaboration; turnkey capital development; restoration of the architectural memorials; renewal of historic pattern of facades and interiors of the buildings; reconstruction and modernization of the engineering services and communications, plumbing and heating installations, including feeble current devices, ventilation and A/C units.

Among the objects restored by ?MOSSIB? specialists there are unique buildings, real historic and architectural monuments such as :- D`Estrees Palace (the Russian Ambassador residence in France) in which the Louvre Museum, one of the greatest world museums, considered for itself of a great importance to reserve the right of arranging inside the Ambassador residence excursions for the fine art critics; the monumental square of buildings and structures in the heart of Berlin (the Embassy of Russia in Germany); 4-storey apartment house in Riga (Embassy of the Russian Federation in Latvia); The building of Permanent Mission of Russia to the European Community in Brussels; Grand Hotel Inter Continental in the central part of Paris; Novosibirsk State Academical Theatre of Opera and Ballet; many other buildings of higher attention and world-famed reputation. The abovementioned buildings are like a festive decoration for the cities in many countries of the world. Our Activity :- The major repairs, restoration and reconstruction works were fulfilled by "MOSSIB" specialists inside administrative, representative, dwelling, public and service buildings and structures. The scope of the fulfilled works was very wide, as included the following :- pinning and shoring of foundations, walls, columns; replacement of the wooden overlappings and floors; roof repair (different types: membrane, tiled roof, shale-stone, steel sheets, asphalt, plumb roof) with full or partly replacement of the roof frame structures; repair and restoration of the buildings` facades including historical architectural monuments; land improvement, landscaping and planting of greenery; interior repairs and restoration including the works concerning with renewal of complicated stucco mouldings and wood and stone engraving decoration; repair, replacement, reconstruction of the engineering services, heat supply & heating, ventilation, A/C, cold & hot water supply, sewerage systems with wide use of modern technologies, progressive materials and equipment; repair, replacement, reconstruction of the power supply systems, power and lighting devices and networks; repair, replacement, reconstruction of the feeble-current fire-fighting systems, intruder alarm, closed-ring TV security observation systems, interior and city telephone networks, TV systems. At present time the IBIA "MOSSIB" is doing the following works :- Construction, Reconstruction, Major repairs, Major repairs. Construction :- The IBIA ?MOSSIB? became initiator of the establishment and was one of the founders for the Association of Building Companies ?ROSZARUBEZHSTROY? ? non-profit integration of companies, consisting now from ten building and designing organizations. Among main tasks of this Association are the following :- rendering all possible assistance to the authorities of Russia in practical fulfillment of current and planned works concerning with management, construction, reconstruction, repair, maintenance and effective exploitation of the real estate properties that are at their disposal in Russia and abroad; preparation and realization of the investment programs aimed at creation of new real estate or effective exploitation of the existing one, including arrangement of organizational, financial, guarantee and contract schemes, co-ordination and adaptation of the basic, tender and legally concerned documents in the regional and international-legal aspects; implantation of modern progressive decisions, eqiupment and technologies for the purpose of effecient use of the funds appropriated for creation and maintenance of the property and for reducing production costs in the relative branch of production.
