A fast growing ISO Certified company, Premium Coatings & Chemicals (P) Ltd, is in the field of Specialty Coatings, Based at Chennai, Premium Coatings & Chemicals was set up in 1997 by a group of Technocrats with experience and credible identity in Indian Paint Industry. With the wide variety of Polyurethane system to offer, the company has a traversing presence across all the segments of its application by the virtue of Import Substitution and Value addition for their clients by winning trust and dignity to reckon with. With primary thrust on Polyurethanes, Premium Coatings also offers wide range of industrial and novelty coatings, which are tailor made, based on stringent specifications.

Our products are beneficiaries of the state-of-the-art-technology and quality centric policies. All our products are checked repeatedly both during and after the production. The quality-related activities that we pursue are in line with the international standards. More so, because we are now an ISO 9001-2000 certified company.

We have a well-trained and dedicated work force. The force has been divided on the product lines. An in-depth knowledge about the nuances of the products is imparted on them through intensive training. We have an assortment of modern machines that function with high level of efficiency.

As an accomplished source (export house), we have clients who are leaders in their own segments and many of them are exporters for European countries using our Coating Systems on Hardware, Handicraft, Glass items etc. We regularly export PU coatings for Automotive Refinishing and wooden applications to neighboring countries.

Exporters of Products are :- -Polyurethane Wood Coating / Natural Coating :- A total Polyurethane System with Natural Fillers, Polyurethane Sealers, Stainers, Polyurethane Topcoats (Glossy & Matt) is available. It is suitably designed for Exteriors and Interiors applications. This is to provide most durable finish and protection to last several years more than the conventional coatings. -Polyurethane Coatings for Metals :- We offer a large variety with complete system for various types of metal objects exposed to Exterior or Interior conditions. Sheet Metal, Plated Metal and Metal Coatings (Brass, Copper, Aluminum, GI, Tin, M.S. Etc) Typical applications for buses, Rail coaches, Gate and Grills Hardware, Sanitary items, Drapery Rods, Machinery etc. -Polyurethane Coatings for Plastics :- A wide range of Finishing with or without undercoats are offered suiting various types of customized requirements for OEMs in Automobile, Electrical, Furniture and other allied industries. -Polyurethane Coatings for Glass :- Very specialized system for Glass coating is offered for variety of industrial and domestic application viz. Glass Bottle for Liquor, perfumery and fancy lights. Quick Drying one component system for Glass Painting and other Glass work prevalent in domestic and industrial uses. -Polyurethane Wall Coatings :- PU (2K) based wall coatings are to provide the distinct advantages of PU for Exterior and Interior wall surfaces possible in a wide range of shades with excellent color stability, strong adhesion, washability and resistant to any adverse weather conditions. Most suitable for Banglows, Airports, Hospitals, Hotels, Malls etc. Banquet Halls etc. -Polyurethane Novelty Coatings :- A novel mixing technology for striking different finishes which come in an array of brilliant color and combination for that enviable appeal. The designers best choice made possible form creative finishes on any surface with Crackles, Marbles, Ferrodin & Twinkle effects etc. -Industrial Floor Coatings :-Epoxy System: We offer regular Epoxy System with suitable Under Coats, Putty & Finish Coat in popular industrial shades. This is to service the requirements for Chemical resistant Coating, Machinery coating and also specially formulated Floor Coating System being used on various Automobile workshops, industrial floors etc. -Other Industrial Coatings :- Company also offers high quality TSA/Acrylic/Alkyds ? Amino System for selective clients.
