Fu Sheng Industrial Co., Ltd. Is the largest golf club head manufacturer in the world and also the largest manufacturer and distributor of air compressors in the Greater China region. Founded in 1953, Fu Sheng is headquartered in Taipei and listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange. The Fu Sheng Machinery Division is the largest manufacturer and distributor of air compressors in Taiwan, Greater China and many parts of Southeast Asia. It also produces air compressors on a contract manufacturing basis for the North American market. Started in 1978, the Fu Sheng Sporting Goods Division produces golf club heads on a contract manufacturing basis for almost all premium golf brands.
Fu Sheng has experienced significant growth in recent years, with average of nearly 30% annual growth in both revenue and employee count. It has been expanding aggressively around the world, with the completion of its golf plant in Vietnam, expansion of its compressor and golf plants in China, acquisition of FS-Elliott, FS-Precision Tech and Curtis-Toledo in the United States, and creation of FS-Europe to focus on the European compressor market.
