An upcoming organization, Twin Star Metal was established in the year 2003, with an objective to be recognized as one of India's leading manufacturers and exporters of diversified range of products such as : Props and Scaffolding accessories like Thread Jacks, Guard Rail Holders, Platforms, Clamps, Couplers and Tarbars. Twin Star is a 100% export oriented, having its manufacturing facility in the exclusive Madras Export Processing Zone (MEPZ). We owe our success to outstanding quality, sophisticated technology, excellent customer service and streamlined production process.

We have a state of the art manufacturing unit. Twin star's manufacturing facility boasts of a complete infrastructure for manufacturing Props with Semi-Automatic machining & welding system and fully Automatic conversed painting system. The manufacturing facility is housed over an area of 40, 000 sq. Ft (4000 sq. Mts.) with comprehensive in-house capabilities, enabling Twin star to manufacture products according to stringent customer specifications. An indication of its overall infrastructure is that, Twin star has installed Mechanical and Hydraulic Presses upto 315 M.T capacity. Our team of engineers is engaged in manufacturing products that are high in quality. We are constantly upgrading our technology to face the global challenges.

Manufacturers and Exporters of diversified range of products such as : Props & Scaffolding accessories, Automative Sheet Metal Component and Press Tools & Gauges are :- Adjustable Scaffolding :- -Twin star's Adjustable Scaffolding and Props used as a centering support member to hold mould plates and scaffolding spans in construction. -Manufactured using ST 44 Steel. -Supplied with Washer and Hook in Zinc plated condition. -Supplied in painted condition. -Handle Threads come applied with High Quality Grease. -TWINSTAR can manufacture props in any size and color as per the customers request. Sheet Metal Components :- Twin star also manufactures Control Arms, Bracket & Silent Blocks Bushes used in Suspension Assembly of Light Motor vehicles are manufactured to customers specifications. Guard Rail Holder :- -Used as a Safety equipment for the workers in Construction industry. -Adjustment Height is 500mm. -Supplied in painted condition. -Available in any sizes as per customer request. Metal Crates :- TWINSTARs METAL CRATES TSM 104 100 are used to carry and store Props -Made of 50mm Square Pipes, which is 2mm Thick. -They can carry 64 Props per Crate and are designed for Vertical storing provision, to stack one over the other. -Come in painted condition. -Available in any sizes as per customer request. Construction Clamps :- -TWINSTARs CONSTRUCTION CLAMPS TSC 102 100 hold rigidly the Metal Mould Boxes used in the construction of Concrete Pillars -Made in AP 11 Steel -Available in Zinc Plated Condition Steel Pallets :- -TWINSTARs Steel Pallets are Used to carry & store components in the shop floor The Size specifications in open condition are: 1085mm Long x 815mm Width x 980mm Height. The STEEL PALLETS Size in folded condition is 270mm Height. Available in zinc plated condition and weigh about 50 K.G. -TWINSTARs STEEL PALLETS can carry 700 to 800 K.G Available in any size as per customer request. Adjustable Thread Jack :- Twinstar's Adjustable Thread Jack is provided with Robust and high quality Steel -Threaded Rod with Cast Nut for adjustment -Base plate of size 6m Thick and 150mm x 150mm. -Supplied in Zinc plated condition -Available in any sizes as per customer request. Press Tools And Gauges :- Twin star Metal is also well known for quality Press Tools, Jigs, Fixtures, Silent Block Bushes and Receiver Gauges, for which it has in-house Design to Development infrastructure. TWINSTAR has end-to-end infrastructure for Design, Development and even Reverse Engineering. Double Couplers :- -TWINSTARs DOUBLE COUPLERS TSD 105 100 are used to hold and assemble scaffold pipes firmly at right angle position. -The SWIVEL COUPLERS TSS 105 200 are used to hold and assemble scaffold pipes firmly at any angle. -TWINSTARs COUPLERS made out of EN 74 Steel -Available in Zinc Plated condition.
