As the name suggests, Warburton Holgate Limited is a merger of two separate companies. E.D. Warburton & Co. Ltd. Was formed in 1948 whilst the Holgate, Fishwick & Leather side of the business can be traced back more than 200 years.
The company now boasts a world-wide reputation for a high quality service dedicated to the design of paper, board and converting machinery. In addition, it is one of the leaders in the supply and refurbishment of rolls, particularly the many types associated with the paper industry.
Warburton Holgate's products are constantly in demand from clients both in the United Kingdom and various export markets. Many long standing business associations have been developed over the years - a testimony to its philosophy of continuous product development utilising the very latest technology.
A multi-station CAD system gives the ultimate in design flexibility and efficiency. Specialist engineers are able to quickly prepare new machine designs or layout proposals for retrofit projects on existing machinery, often interfacing with the customer's own CAD system.
Warburton Holgate has comprehensive manufacturing facilities including a large assembly bay, two machine shops and a fabrication bay.
The company feels that in-house manufacturing is essential to provide the totally committed, customised service that is important to paper mill engineers. An experienced erection team is available to ensure shut-down work is completed on time with the highest possible quality of workmanship.
