Products :
Manufacturers and suppliers of steel tube mills, steel rollers, slitting lines, cut-to-length lines, pipe bending machine, pipe testing equipment, pipe finishing equipment, has carved a niche for itself by offering premium quality products. STEEL ROLLERS :- Our range includes steel rollers for cold, straightening rollers and pinch rollers. These rollers are manufactured of high quality forgings of alloy steel. Our experienced team of inspectors make sure that the raw material does not have any internal defects and chemical composition is added as per the requirement. We can manufacture steel rollers from 75 mm dia to 600 mm dia and width can vary from 300 mm to 2000 mm. We design and manufacture steel rollers for making round as well as rectangular, elliptical and other open sectional pipes. Material used for the rollers - EN-9, EN-31 and High carbon High Chromium (D-2 & D-3) as per Customer's requirements SLITTING LINES AND COIL BUILD UP LINES :- - H.R. Slitters upto 30 tonnes coil weight and width 2000 mm. - C.R. Slitting Lines for steel and non-ferrous strips with and without loop control. For speed as high as 80 mt/min, coil weight upto 30 M.T., strip width upto 2000 mm and thickness of 10 mm. - C. R. Slitter - Cut to Length Lines for H.R./C.R. Strips - Pipe Straightening Machine - End Chamfering Machine STEEL TUBE MILL, PIPE TESTING EQUIPMENT, PIPE BENDING MACHINE :- - High performance roll forming Tube mills from "?" to "16 ". - Hydro testers, Bending machines, End facing / chamfering machines, Pipe straightening machine and Draw benches. Our steel tube mill machines, pipe finishing machines, pipe bending machines and pipe testing equipment are used for : A) Black & Galvanized Pipes from N.B. "?" to "16". B) Precision Tubes from 12 mm O.D. To 100 mm O.D. C) Stainless Steel Tubes from " ?" N.B. To "4" N.B. CUT- TO - LENGTH LINES :- - Cut to length lines with high production Shearing machines and digital length control system for ferrous and non ferrous metals. COLD ROLLING MILLS AND ALLIED EQUIPMENT :- - These include Coilers Pinch rolls, Sheet flatteners, Uncoilers, conveyors etc.
