Ltd., has started business as properietory concern carrying name "SPAREX CORPORATION" way back in 1991 & after looking a good progress in business it was decided by promoter to convert into "Private Limited" company in 1996. In the inception of company, business was limited with one of leading group dealing in Govt. Supplies Situated at Kenya and after joining Mr. Kishor Chauhan as Director with his wide experience into filed of Engineering, the company has started entry into markets like Malaysia, Thailand. After a growth of 60% every year the company has also explore markets like Tanzania, Uganda, Sudan, Nigeria etc.

Sparex Pvt. Ltd. Have good presence into international market now and now entered into markets like U.K. With supply of Cylinder Liners for Air Compressor Manufacturer & also into South America and U.A.E. Market with supply of spare parts to one of leading Distributors for Engine spares & Automobile Spares.

Sparex Pvt. Ltd.Have just received proposal from Japan based company for tie up for manufacturing of crankshaft in city for which company is taking very keen interest and by end of next six months it is expected to conclude the same.

Sparex Pvt. Ltd., has having factory cum packing facility at Metoda G.I.D.C. (17 K.M. From Rajkot) with fully equipped machineries.
