Manufacturer & Supplier of Batch Industrial Ovens / Tray Type Industrial Ovens : These Industrial ovens are used for drying /heating /baking/ curing/ ageing of chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food products, pan masala, P.V.C, plastics, dyes, paints, painted equipment, P.C.B's, paper pulp compound, tobacco, abrasives, powder coating, asbestos, footwear etc. Industrial ovens could be provided with vertical hot air or cross air flow system for controlled temperature. Heat is generated by means of electric heaters /thermic fluid/ oil fired or gas fired system. Conveyorized Ovens : Conveyorized ovens are best suited to industries where continuous drying/ heating/ curing etc. Of materials and components is required . Wire mesh Belt/ Slat conveyors is provided for the continuous transportation of material and components through the oven. Planetary Mixer : The planetary mixer is useful for homogeneous and low mixing requirements in food processing industry, chemicals, pastes, latex compounds etc. Spray Painting Booths / Powder Coating Booths : These Spray Painting and Powder Coating Booths have been engineered for painting in various industries to ensure pollution free environment and to enhance the efficiency of the operator. High Speed Mixer : It is best suited for high speed mixing of liquids , precipitation, emulsions, suspensions, dispensions , gelling, fluidizing and disintegration of ceramic clay glaze, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, adhesives, dairy products, soap, bitumen emulsions, paint, etc. Ball / Pebble Mills : They are carefully designed to impart versatility in grinding action. The mills are suitable for dry as well as wet grinding. Autoclave : It is sturdily built to withstand the required pressure at a given temperature, it is incorporated with appropriate pressure gauze, pressure cut-off switch, safety valve etc. Machinery for Glass Industry : We have designed and manufactured machines like Midi Furnace for bending of glass, Toughening Plant for making toughened glass, Glass Cutting Machine, Glass Grinding Machine etc. Zip Setting / Ironing Machine : The machine has been designed for ironing zip of any size and shape. Zip Slider Painting Machine : It consists of automatic spray gun and revolving tumbler which ensures uniform painting of the sliders. Special Purpose and Import Substitute Machines : We also manufacture special purpose and import substitute machines like Triple Deck Peanut Roasting Machine, Blancher, Triple Roll Mass Milling Machine, Pressure Vessel, Plastic Waste Cutting Grinder, etc. Modification of Old Ovens and Furnaces : We also undertake the modification and replenishment of old ovens and furnaces.
