Manufacturers and Exporters of high quality rotary engine valves, control exhaust valve, exhaust intake valves, seat insert and valve guide such as :- Engine valve (Head styles & Stem end styles) : -Good forging dies with accurate dimensions and profile ensure consistent quality valves -Hardening steels are heat treated in the state-of-the-art furnace ensuring uniform mechanical properties. -Valves are tufftrided to increase surface hardness of the stem and resistance to corrosion. The layer which undergoes such treatment also acts as a surface protection, limiting the danger of seizure even in the absence of lubrication. Valves :- Intake Valve and control exhaust valve used in internal combustion engine are made from different materials to operate under different conditions. We generally use Alloy steel for intake valves, as these valves are not exposed to the corrosive action of the hot exhaust gases. Therefore, these valves are capable of longer periods of trouble free operation. CrSi is used for exhaust valves so that the valves can resist corrosion caused by high temperature gases. Nickel based alloy is used for large diesel engine exhaust valves under very high stress. -Valves Seat Inserts :- Valve seat inserts are used to extend the life of valve seat. Same as valves, different type of materials are used to manufacture valve seat inserts. Intake valve seats are manufactured from special alloys of cast iron. Exhaust valve seats are made from chrome alloy steel. Chrome alloy steel valve seats have high wear resistance at high temperatures. They are suitable for use in light; allow aluminium and cast iron cylinder heads. -Valve Guides :- Valve guides are made from grey cast iron alloy. The structure of valve guides has good wear resistance. Grey cast iron with high phosphorous content gives high wear resistance or corrosion resistance and improved running properties even in poor lubrication conditions.
