In the year 1948 Mr.H.R.Narang, one of the millions of penniless migrants from partitioned India gave birth to 'ASCO'. His single minded devotion to work, vast knowledge and insight went on leading the organization forward until `ASCO' became a known name worldwide for quality surgical/hospital appliances and allied products.

Today, following Narang family members are carrying on the ASCO traditions.
Mr.Sudhir Narang, Mr.Sudershan Narang, Mr. Nitin Narang, Mr. Aseem Narang.

Their vast experience and profound knowledge, backed by a highly professional staff, has enabled this oldest company of independent India to maintain its top position all through these decades.

Certification. ASCO got the ISO 9002 certificate in the year 1998 which has been upgraded to ISO 9001:2000. A few of our items like Stethoscopes, Laryngoscopes, Orthopaedic Implants and Artificial Resuscitator are CE certified. Also, Stethoscopes, Laryngoscopes, Orthopaedic Plates and Screws, ICU Beds, Kidney Basins are FDA (USA) listed. The work on certification on other products is in progress.

Worldwide Patronage. There is practically no country of the world where the `ASCO' products have not found way at one time or the other, either direct or through re-exports by our customers, particularly in the U.S.A. And a few European countries, even in their own brand names. At present, the `ASCO' products are being exported to over forty countries.
