We are manufacturer and exporter of aluminum pressure die cast components & zinc die casting components. Aluminum pressure die casting applications begin with careful consideration of the product and manufacturing process. Turning your ideas into production castings using the most cost effective permanent mold techniques has made NITYA CREATIONS an industry, the most preferred one for most of the foreign buyers.
Early design and engineering consultation is the first step in a successful product launch and that's why close communication with clients enables us to form an effective partnership right from the start. The relationship is secured well in advance of the pre-production stage as Engineering, Design, Quality and Production.
We have inducted the entire spectrum of modern and sophisticated machinery at our plant that is required in manufacturing our products. We have installed pressure aluminum die casting machines of locking force capacity 60T, 80T,120T, 180Tand 250T to manufacture aluminum alloy castings of weight ranging from 50Grams to 2.5 kgs. We have an in-house tool room for manufacturing dies and moulds required for die casting. Design and development of moulds are done with the aid of computers. Facility of 3D modeling with CAM , CNC wire cut , CNC milling machine , HMT cylindrical grinder , HMT surface grinder and CNC lathe are available in our town for tool fabrication work .
