Aluminium is an abundant, light metal with a silvery appearance, used in the manufacture of products requiring light weight, resistance to corrosion and electrical conductivity. IMAC Alloy Casting is the largest manufacturer of aluminium and zinc based alloys in South India. IMAC started operations in 1957 by reclaiming Aluminium from aluminium scrap like borings, turnings and slag. Merging the traditional practices of metallurgy with the state-of-the-art machinery, IMAC has been in the forefront in environmentally friendly production practices.
1983 saw the company manufacturing international grade aluminium and zinc alloys. By 2001 the company had expanded its capabilities by investing in two horizontal CNC Machining centres and four more CNC machining centres were added by 2004. The IMAC Group is renowned for its quality products and its core strength has been its teamwork and commitment towards excellence. Currently the annual turnover of the company has grown to over 890 million Indian Rupees. We manufacture aluminium alloys as per international standards, zinc alloys, lead based alloys, hardeners, gravity die casting components and fully machined aluminium components. IMAC has evolved over the years to become a single source for aluminium,right from sourcing of raw materials to the supply of machined components to the assembly line with zero defects.
