Quality Pattern works started 25 years back in very small place. The beginning was with manufacturing of wooden patterns and thermocole patterns only.
Later many other activities like master model making, manufacturing of copying models, spot welding fixtures, prototype plastic components by cut and paste method was addition to our intial activity.
In 1996 we had shifed to prime location with large place at MIDC, Bhosari.
We are situated in the prime location of industrial area, in Pune.
Products :
We are manufacturing following Items & offring services to our customers. 1) Pattern Equipments - Wooden Patterns, Epoxy Patterns, Polyurethene Patterns, EPS Patterns. 2) Master Models - From available surf ace data or drawing. 3) Fixtures & Templets - Inspection Fixtures, Assy & Spot welding fixtures, Marking & Drilling tempplets, Plasma & Leser cutting fixtures. 4) Mock up Models - For Visualization & trials 5) Hamaring Blocks - To produce prototype sheet metal components. 6) Soft Tooling - To manufacture batch of sheet metal components. 7) Fomming Plugs - Required by referegerator industries. 8) CAD/CAM Services - Our group company Nimbus Engineering is main piller with software like tebis, autofoam, top solid ect. 9) Vaccum cast plastic components - By vaccum casting system. 10) Injection moulde & vaccum forming moulds by using metal spray technology.
