Since 1986-87, we are engaged in the field of Designing & Manufacturing Rotational Moulding Machines and have been successful in establishing more than 200 Water Tanks/ Industrial Containers and Rotational Moulding Products manufacturing Plants amidst 26 countries over the globe.

Manufacturers and Exporters of Rotational Moulding Machines, Pulveriser Machines, Extruder Machines, Moulds For Rotational Moulding, Scrap Grinders, Tank Cutters and other size-reduction equipment. -Rotational Moulding Machines :- Open Fire Rock N Roll Machine :- It is a very old concept but advisable for large sized products. We have supplied more than 100 Machines and our clients are happy with the satisfactory and trouble free performance. The least productive system, but feasible for bigger capacity. Independent Arm Machine :- This machine is normally used for a small sized product upto 2mt X 2mt. For a bigger capacity, very heavy structure is needed which affect the final cost and hence uneconomical. Linear Rotational Moulding Machine with Double Shuttle :- It has emerged as a combination of moulding technologies, having the capability of producing larger dimensional products with high accuracy, greater rate of production and shortest payback period. As a result it removes all limitations of Conventional Rotational Moulding. It is cost effective and can be handled with minimum infrastructure. The machine is pertaining to indigenous design with latest functionability. -Pulveriser Machines :- Depending upon output requirement, different models are designed to suit the needs of individual customers. -Extruder Machines :- Extruder helps homogenous mixing of raw material with pigment/master-batch. After extrusion an even-shaped, shining product in palletised form is obtained for the pulverization. We have a complete range of Extruder (Compounding) Machines. -Moulds For Rotational Moulding : - Sheet Metal Moulds :- Up to 50, 000 Ltrs. Moulds in M.S. ? CRCA 14 gauge (2mm) Sheets as well as from Stainless Steel sheet - SS 309-14 gauge (2mm) with a special quality for Moulds. We have designed various types of moulds for African, Middle East and European countries. Aluminum Cast Moulds :- We have a full-fledged workshop for Al. Cast moulds. We use special grade of Cast Aluminum. With this material, we are highly successful to avoid the limitations of Rotational Moulding process e.G. Finishing / Shining / desired designs of the product, etc. -Special Purpose Machines:- We also manufacture Scrap Grinders, Tank Cutters and other size-reduction equipment. Besides, designing & manufacturing of Special Purpose Machine for different types of industries is an additional appreciative field for us.
