Description :
This chop type cut off wheel machine is suitable for quick and clean cutting off metallographic specimens from Rods and tubes etc.
The basic arrangement of this machine is same as our 807 model Disc cut off machine. This machine has cutting capacity of 1 1/2" dia and 1" Sq. This machine is suitable for using wheels upto 8" dia. Powdered by 2 H.P. 3 Phase Electric motor. Bothe the Abrasive wheel and Belts are covered by protecting guards, clamps are provided on the job platform for holding the jobs, the platform position is adjustable to accomodate odd shape jobs. The coolant is delivered by a small pump. The angle of coolant nozzle is adjustable for optimum position. The motor is well shielded to protect is from spray. Beautiful painted and chrome plating.
