The entire Pre-cutting saw can be raised to the required height on a vertically arranged circular pillar with the electrical motor screw spindle and nut. Cutter slide can be rotated 360 degrees on its longitudinal axis by an a electric motor. Any inclined or horizontal positions deviating from the vertical direction of cut can be preset by means of graduated spirit level attached to the front of the cutter slide. The cutting depth can be increased to a multiple of the blade diameter through repeated cutting off and removal of cube shaped waste bits.
