MODEL: 3W-OL/15 and WCU/15
  • Compact user friendly microcontroller based circuitry with built-in power thyristors.
  • Three consecutive programmable weld timings (preheat , weld , anneal ) with intermediate cool timings in one weld schedule to achieve high quality splash free welding.
    (Pre-heat & anneal timming not available in model WCU/15)
  • Non- Volatile Memory (EEPROM) to store upto 15 weld schedules.
  • Easy to program with UP/DOWN and ENTER keys. Values programmed are indicated by a two digit LED display.
  • Individual operations within a weld schedule indicated by LEDs.
  • Selector provided for PROGRAM and RUN mode
  • Timings settable in terms of "half cycles or full cycle" of mains supply frequency.Better resolution achieved if timing set in terms of Half cycle of mains supply frequency.
  • Precise time and energy control ensures consistent weld quality.
  • Built in compensation against fluctuations in the mains supply voltage.
  • SINGLE WELD and REPEAT CYCLE mode selectable by toggle switch.
  • WELD/NO WELD switch provided on the front panel.
  • Relay contact output provided to actuate the pneumatics of valve the welding equipment.
