Vertical Dryer is an Centrifuge which remove surface water from PET Flakes/ and or LDPE/HDPE Plastic Film. Input Moisture 25% Output Moisture 2-3%
Washing and separation lines offered are suitable for a vast typology of plastics (PET, HDPE/LDPE, PP, ABS, PS, PA, PVC, just to name a few), with processing capacities from 100 to 1000 kg/h, complying with most industry needs. In general terms, components of our offered lines include sinking/floating tanks for weight-based separation, \"High-Friction Turbo-Washing\" units (allowing to set up washing time and intensity in accordance to the contamination degree of the material), and, when needed, agglomerator. Line configuration depends on the specific washing and separation requirements so as to obtain, at the end of the treatment, thoroughly cleaned plastic flakes (residual impurities do not exceed a few ppm - parts per million), virtually moisture-free.
