Description :
The Xylan line includes a variety of coatings for diverse industrial applications, ranging from automotive and the chemical processing industry to studbolts for deep-sea oil rigs. Xylan coatings for rubber are specified by the largest automotive manufacturers in the world. Xylan coatings are easily applied, some by spray, others by dip/spin, curtain and coil coating and offer low friction combined with resistance to corrosion and abrasion. Threaded fasteners, coated with Xylan, have been subjected to normally devastating conditions, like 720 hours in bromine 1/lOppm solution. 720 hours in 12.5 pH caustic. And 720 hours in 5% brine spray. The results: Xylan out-performed all other coatings and platings tested. Xylan can do the same for your fasteners.
