Feed hopper opening is adjustable.
Oscillating arms are fitted with silent block Bushes/Rolling Bearings.
Actual Power consumption is only 0.33 Kw.

Vikram's Balanced Sifter is designed for versatile use, i.e. for cleaning & fluffing of withered leaves, for sifting Rolled fines in Orthodox manufacture or even simply as a vibratory feeder to the Rotorvane.
features :
The supporting Gables are made of high quality cast iron and robustly designed. The vibrating frame is hung on two oscillating arms on the eccentric shaft, which is perfectly balanced with counter weights. The 1h.p. motor is mounted on top of the machine. The removable perforated tray, assembled on the oscillating frame, is devoid of any joint or corner to ensure smooth passage of the leaf in small hops.
