Description :
Drum pallets are specifically designed to handle either two or four fifty-five gallon drums. Typically these pallets have a circular recessed groove that accepts the lip of the drum. This groove holds the drum securely during transport. Also available (as seen in the center image below) are stackable drum pallets. These have the recessed groove on both the top and bottom to allow drums to be safely stacked and easily transported after stacking. Notice that the bottom of this pallet is notched to allow access to the opening on the bottom drums. Drum pallets are available in lightweight or heavy-duty models and many offer a spill containment feature that keeps slippery or hazardous materials contained within the pallet.
