Plastic Welding Machinery :- We manufacture Plastic Pipe Welding Machinery in wide range of manual and pneumatically operated like Butt fusion welding equipments, electric heating plates for custom polyethylene projects that use high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and polypropylene pipes. Butt Fusion Welding Equipments :- Manually operated butt weld fusion machine for PE & PP pipes and fittings, which are of light weight and versatile, supplied with a sturdy metal frame shifted for easy operations. These machines are used to weld pipes, up to Dia. 160 mm and PN10. Hydraulically operated butt fusion machine is suitable to pipes of PE, PP, PVDF, and other thermoplastics materials. The compact design of the machines make it easy to use the machines in the workshop on the site or even in the trenches. Heating Plates :- Heating plates for welding of PE, PP, PVDF or any other thermoplastic material using the butt fusion welding technology. The plates are provided with thermostat or electronic controls. The long lasting and high quality anti-stick coatings gives the better quality welding. Polymer Piping Systems Industries :- The polymer pipes are used in industries like convey radio active waste and convey corrosive chemicals like acids, alkalies, brine used in industries like petrochemicals, papers, dye-stuffs, paints, rayon, and fertilizers. They are also used in cross country water management pipe lines, air conditioning & ducting, dewatering of mines, handling edible oil, fruit juices, milk and other food materials.
