4-way equal load rating
Each row of balls is arranges at 450 contact angle so that the LM Guide has equal load ratings in the radial, reverse radial and lateral directions. This allows the LM Guide type JR to be operated with any orientation and used for a wide range of applications
Can be installed on rough surfaces
The central part or web of the LM rail is thin. This structure gives the LM rail transverse flexibility so that it can offset errors when the two rails are not installed very accurately parallel to each other.
Cross section gives high rigidity against bending
The cross section of the Lm rail is designed to give the rail high rigidity against bending so that it can be used as a structural member. The LM rail design minimizes deflections when it is supported at both ends or supported with one end free.
