Description :
The air cooling unit is the very vital part for its performance in cold storage and other relative applications.
It provides much higher rate of ammonia gas evaporation than compared to bunker coils or diffusers.
features :
-The cooling coil is constructed with hot dipped galvanized tubes and spiral fins.
-Tubes are placed in the direction of the air flow to ensure maximum air turbulence and hear transfer efficiency.
-Suction and over feed liquid connections are supplied with 150 pound flanges with companion flanges and isolation kits.
-Tongue and groove flange design is standard: raised face is optional. The drain pan is constructed of heavy gauge galvanized steel and shipped in the place of the unit.
All pans are smooth surfaced, sloped end to end assure rapid and complete drainage.
-Fan motors are three phase, ball bearing, 1440 RPM with internal thermal overload protection. Low temperature grease is provided.
-Direct drive axial propeller fans are of heavy duty construction.
