Description :
Permanently installing VIBROCONTROL- 1000 ensures protection of the machine through immediate detection. Depending on the complexity, size and function of the specific machine, one or more parameters must be monitored. VIBROCONTROL- 1000 monitoring also minimizes the costs by increasing the intervals between maintenance shut downs. VIBROCONTROL- 1000 can monitor Absolute Bearing vibrations from the outer surface of the machine using velocity transducers.
SAL also offers this model in five variants to suit the customer's requirement. The optional features offered include Isolated 4-20mA outputs, Analog indicator for indication and digital indication.
Various Models Available are:
CV110:- This is the standard model of VC1OOO series. It comprises of standard accessories like analog or digital indicator and current isolator to be connected externally to it.
CV111:- This the model of VC1OOO series is available without alarm and trip relays. All the standard accessories are available along with this model.
CV110i:-This model of VC1OOO Series consists of inbuilt current isolator in housing itself.
CVI10m:-This model of VCIOOO series comprises of inbuild Analog Indicator Callibrated to indicate vibration level in percentage.
CV110mi:-This model comprises the feature of both models of VCIOOO series CV110i & CV110m i.e. it is having inbuilt current isolator & analog indicator.
