Description :
The ultra fine grinder is a vertical type of pulverizer and robust in construction. It is as assembly of multi chambered rotor units interpolated with circular disc and mounted on a vertical shaft. Shaft rotated indside casing. Casing is lined with alloy steel linew plates. Lower and upper fans cause an air current to circulate through the annular space between the rotor and stator. The quantity of air is regulated by means of bottom air sides. Material is fed by means of screw at the base of body or in recycling duct and entrained in an ascending and swirling airflow and moves upwards until it reaches the upper part of unit. The particles crash with each other because of attrition, pressure and vibration phenomena. A neck type diaphragm at upper provides precise classification while recycling duct allows the insufficiently ground material to be reintroduced into the lower part The complete installation also includes a cyclone to saperate air and material. Finally air is filtered through dust collector.
