The features of our Plastic injection moulding machines are as follows:
Direct Hydraulic Clamping Unit
Clamping Force may be adjusted upto the maximum figure stated to suit the size of the mould
Mould safety device gives low pressure platen approach which avoids possible cavity damage caused by incomplete ejected mouldings
Speed of movement of the moving platen is adjustable for the complete stroke in both directions of travel, and the speed of low approach when clamping and opening can be independently varied
Large platen area
Long rapid platen stroke
Injection pressure applied to material is infinitely variable
Screw speed infinitely variable by hydraulic control
Screw reaction pressure during the plasticisation is hydraulically adjustable
Injection Pressure reducing equipments for relief of cavity pressure
Rate of Injection can be varied by oil flow control valve
Injection unite carriage moves automatically for screw breaking
Manually operated electro-hydraulic control provides additional movement for affording ready access to the nozzle and the mould
Controlled Cycle Delay
Minimum mould height circuitry
Hydraulic ejector with selection of hand, single stroke, quick return and multiple stroke ejection system by limit switch control
Shot counter
Pyrometric control for nozzle
Electrically and Hydraulically interlocked safety gurads
